Saddle Stitching - 3 high-speed binders with 8 pockets and 4/5 knife capabilities and inline softfolding.

Folding - 8 folders with a maximum width of 30". We are equipped with MBO and Stahl folders that are upgraded on periodical rotation. Map folding, 32 page folding, multiple up are just a few of the types of folds we perform on a regular basis.

Gatefolding - automatic, up to 15,000 per hour.

Diecutting - 3 Heidelberg cylinder presses, up to 35 1/2" with in house diemaking capabilites for that quick turn around.

Pocketfolder Conversion - automatic pocket folder gluing at speeds up to 10,000 per hour. We can do 3 panel, middle glue pocket, CD holders, and many other applications.

Edge Gumming - multiple directions and locations up to 35".

Remittance Envelope Conversions - convert envelope and edge gum in one pass.
